Descent place to go for Italian! The atmosphere is seriously lacking for the prices they charge though and the portions are small. The taste of the food is delicious though. The chef does know how to cook but they need to give the customers bigger portions. As long as you're not a big eater and don't mind paying NYC prices give them a shot.

Delicious food. My wife and I enjoyed our visit immensely. The home made pasta was a nice treat and the service was great. The only complaint I have is that the caeser salad was just okay. Which isn't much of a complaint and certainly not worth knocking a star off for. I highly recommend if you're in the mood for Italian cuisine.

The restaurant has an odd layout to separate fine dining vs casual dining which could make sense if the menu was not also limited in the fine dining area. Either way, the casual dining is still wonderful and the fine dining area is comfortable and relaxed nonetheless. The menu is well rounded with great options for anyone looking for something from a local pizza shop all the way to a high end Italian restaurant. The fresh pasta is crafted wonderfully and full of flavor, but the more casual dishes like the Stromboli's could use some work. Too much cheese and grease in a lot of things, but all in all a solid experience.

I gave this place apoor review a while back but something seems to have changed. The atmosphere has improved and the food is much better than it was. I believe Niko has returned to the kitchen which explains the food getting much better.

I've honestly never eaten food like this. I can see why some people would leave bad reviews because it's not what Americans are used to. Small multiple portions of real homemade amazingness. My mom took me and my grandma here today for my gmas birthday and the owner is hilarious lol. Treated us great and ugh the food is just amazing. I have never ever in my life eaten such amazing food. You get what you pay for!!!! I cannot wait to go back and bring my boyfriend!!!! You can tell how passionate he is about his work and it shows with his demeanor, presentation and the pure flavour in every bite. Love this place!!!

Food was totally amazing. Pasta was fresh made. They don't rush you out the door. Take your time enjoy the food.

Celebrated a friend’s birthday here and not only was the food absolutely delicious, the service was impeccable!!

Good pizza and sandwiches. The inside of the restaurant looks very nice and the management is friendly too, I know this from picking up my food (they do not deliver). I've never eaten inside the restaurant, yet! Lol, but one day I definitely will. Great local restaurant! I look forward to dinning here or from here again.

Great food and a wonderful atmosphere. We usually sit at the bar and make small talk with the bartender, Jim. Anything from pizza to the finest homemade pasta or fresh seafood. Rotating specials that always delight. Can get a little pricey, depending on what you order or how many signature cocktails you have.

Pizza was amazing! And the service was fabulous! We got there just before the rush started but, there was a line waiting when we left. We totally understand why

Why this is not rated higher is beyond me. We travel to Italy yearly and are always disappointed with Italian restaurants in America. They smother everything in red sauce and garlic and call it Italian. That is not the case at this restaurant! The chef, in addition to making some very authentic Italian food, was born and trained in Italy and then later in New York City. Don’t let the location and appearance fool you. They have a typical pizza shop on the left side and a fine Italian trattoria on the right. The food was very unique, tastefully prepared, and nicely plated. The wine list was quite extensive with some nice Barbera & Barolo wine. The staff was very knowledgeable about the wines. Our server, Kathryn, was incredible! She helped my wife with gluten-free menu options and helped us make our own tasting menu. The pheasant was amazing! It was done to perfection! We're will be returning soon to try other options on the menu!

Shrimp and chicken fettuccine alfredo was spectacular (+$4 for house-made fettucine: worth it!). Scampi was too heavy on the lemon. Atmosphere was great, as was the service. Waitress was a dream. Food took forever, and scallop appetizer was tastey but pricey ($16 for 2 scallops). Other prices were fair. Would recommend!

Very good. Coming from New York, I was a little skeptical with such good reviews, but it is well deserved. Food and service are really good.

Went here after a hiking trip last week & there was only 1 other table but the service was still terribly slow & unorganized. Food was okay. I also ended up getting sick a couple hours later

Service, attention, waiting time, FOOD, FOOD...ohh did I say FOOD?! All is great & excellent. My family is very happy to discover this restaurant where u can either enjoy a fancy meal or sit on the other side of the restaurant where is more lye back & snack on pizza.

I LOVE THERE FOOD! Amazing ravioli beautiful bread! AMAZING AND OUTSTANDING. Waitress named Shay was amazing and kind. I would come everyday if I could! Nice place and great location.

Pizza was delicious both the red sauce base and the olive oil base. My party from Florida was in town for vacation and we visited twice because the pizza was so delicious with a nice crispy crust. Others in my party ordered pasta, manicotti and angel hair with meat sauce, and commented that it too was mouthwatering.

Excellent food. Courteous and helpful staff. Decent atmosphere to sit relax and enjoy delicious food with family and friends. Can't wait to try out more items off the menu on my next visit.

One of the very few restaurants in the Poconos with a true classically trained chef...and it shows in the food that is served. Delightful. Just wish they had linen napkins.

Can't say enough good things about about this restaurant, the food is top notch. Keep up the great work chef. The hostesses are super friendly and informative lending a hand to select great meals and drinks.

An True Eating Experience!!!!! I opted for the 8 course tasting, which I certainly could not afford to to on a regular basis, and it was spectacular! We were on our bucket list trip this truly made it a memorable an amazing experience! The food was true perfection!

Server and hostess were polite, accommodating and very hospitable. We had a wonderful birthday celebration. Food was absolutely delicious. Prices r very reasonable. Quality of food is top notch.

More than just a pizza place! Make reservations if you want to go on the weekend! Full restaurant with some great menu choices. Started with the tomato, mozzarella, balsamic drizzle appetizer. Delicious! Ordered gnocchi with shrimp ragu, hubby ordered sausage and pasta. Generous portions, we both had enough to have dinner the next night by adding a tossed salad to it. Very happy with my choice. Would definitely go back again. We took dessert home, shared the key lime cheesecake and chocolate mousse. Both were amazing but will definitely order the chocolate mousse next time as it was outstanding!

This place is a local favorite! Everything is made to order from a very talented kitchen staff and chef! The Veal Ragu was out of this world - the pasta is homemade, the sauce was creamy and full of flavor, and the veal was cooked perfectly. Along with the pasta; the bread is also homemade and is brought to the table warm and toasted with olive spread and jalapeño oil. Delicious! You can tell the owners take great pride in the atmosphere, food, and service! Keep up the great work! I enjoyed every second of my experience dining here!

We took our dad out for his birthday and could not think of a better place to spend our evening.Our experience from past visits have always been above and beyond phenomenal, but last night was absolutely a night to remember. Chef Nicola personally greeted us with a bottle of Rose followed by a stunning eight-course meal! Dessert was an absolute treat with a "Happy Birthday" song from the staff! Thank you for making my dad's birthday such a memorable evening! It was one of the best experiences we have had in restaurant for quite some time.

Rude waitresses and over priced foods. When I asked why my dessert cost more than my lunch she left and returned to tell me,"It's made in house"

Nice variety of pizzas to choose from. Entrées can get a bit pricey, but the food is well prepared and tasty. Waitstaff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive in the least. Decent beer selection too.
